YOUR ROLE

• Provides innovation solutions to improve global end-to-end Sales Excellence processes and business purposeful growth
• Supports the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application as product owner and project leader
• Plans , defines and executes applications implementation
• Facilitates and applies best practices and innovative solutions
• Identifies opportunities and elaborates solutions by using new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices
• Guide & support business and identify / define new user stories and requirements. Validates & prioritizes demands
• Collaborates and communicates with different company stakeholders and counterparts
• Build IT & business collaboration as one team

YOUR SKILLS

• 1-2 years Knowledge / experience in sales excellence related areas, processes and concepts
• Knowledge in Sales execution processes and platform tools : SAP sales cloud, SFDC sales cloud.
• Project management, Agile, BizDevOps methodologies and tools
• Prioritization , budget management
• Programming and configuration technical skills valued
• Good attitude and digital mindset to propose optimizations and improvements
• Teamwork player
• Build IT & business collaboration and trust
• Advanced English, communication skills
