YOUR ROLE
- An exciting full-time internship with an international FMCG company, operating in various market areas with a professional training-on-the-job
- Work as a fully integrated team member in a cross-functional team @Henkel's headquarter in Düsseldorf, Germany covering business and digital/IT aspects
- With the team you will take Consumer & Customer Service to the next level by implementing new features and processes to improve user experience, increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints such as web, social, eShops
- Drive your own topics independently from idea generation, MVP, pilot and rollout as a whole
YOUR SKILLS
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters ideally focused on Digital, Business IT management or Information Technology
- Strong interest in Consumer & Customer Care in the field of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German is beneficial
- As a person you are communicative, open minded, self-motivated and a pro-active team player with a can-do and hands-on attitude
- Availability for 6 months
