YOUR ROLE

• Manage and lead the IT Service Delivery team, set targets and monitor IT operations & cost within budget
• As Country IT Head, lead the local team, ensure smooth IT operations for all Henkel Indonesia site
• Deliver timely IT Projects and business IT related requirements
• IT Compliance at all times
• IT Asset Management and vendor management

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Computer, Computer Science or related field
• At least 10 years experienced in IT field with manufacturing MNC company
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure (network, infrastructure, data center) and computer hardware/software systems including 365
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Has project management experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
