YOUR ROLE

• • Being responsible for organizing the Maintenence lab in Krusevac and keeping al SHEQ requirements according to local standards. • Steering lab activities, prioritize and discuss workload with the Maintenence R&D manager • Formula preparation and storage testing of different products from HCB (Henkel Consumer Brands) with highly focus on LHC (Laundry and Home Care), respecting the highest international standards of quality, safety/health/environment and legal requirements • Adaptation of frame recipes to the needs of alternative raw materials or force majeure mitigation actions. • Close cooperation with Production to organize, steer and supervise trials with alternative raw materials/formula adaption and arrange products from the trial for starting storage tests. • Document production trials, check stability results , evaluate them and provide clear output to the Maintenence R&D manager • Development and supporting for the testing methodologies implementation from Düsseldorf to Krusevac • Carry out performance tests for LHC products

YOUR SKILLS

• • University degree in Chemical Engineering or equal • Experience in FMCG • At least 5 years of business experience • English skills (business fluent) • Open-minded and self-determined way of working
