6000! That’s the number of associates in the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR). This division is the innovation engine of Novartis, focusing on powerful new technologies that have the potential to help produce therapeutic breakthroughs for patients.
Preferred start date: 01.03. to 01.05 2023
Latest start date : Flexible
Duration: 6 Month
Your responsibilities:
• Support the antibody discovery by phage display with transposon vector generation applying molecular biology techniques.
• Enthusiastic to learn mammalian cell culture and transfection with your generated transposon vectors followed by Flow Cytometry analysis of the expressed antibodies.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Master’s degree or student in the last year in Biological or Biochemical Sciences
• Good English communication skills
• Enthusiasm and scientific curiosity
• Background and some hands-on experiences in molecular biology.
• Basic knowledge in mammalian cell biology is helpful.
• Great team colleague with interpersonal skills
