YOUR ROLE
  • Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns through digital channels and tools from start to end
  • Enable our businesses to quickly adopt and to reach a broad audience
  • Stay on top of a filled pipeline and safeguard launches and operations
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Develop growth strategies and continuously optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Computer Science, or any marketing / technical related studies
  • Relevant professional experience with marketing campaign management and marketing tools like Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot
  • Proven expertise in running digital campaigns from ideation to launch
  • Digital savviness in state-of-the-art marketing tools
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills while working with multi-national teams and departments
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experienced or familiar with Scrum
