YOUR ROLE
  • Work to develop and support key Initiatives in the Adhesives General Manufacturing & Maintenance (ACM) division, focused on utilizing sensors and big data analytical tools for adhesive and coating applications.
  • Provide technical support to the technical team within specific industrial segments and technology areas.
  • Work directly with Henkel customers to identify, qualify, close, and maintain Henkel Product applications.
  • Design and implement programs to develop the technical data needed to support the use of Henkel products technology and expertise.
  • Work with Henkel Information Technology teams to develop digital platforms for Henkel customers and internal use.
  • Provide technical training to Henkel staff and customers.
  • Identify new opportunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market.
  • Travel with sales representatives to develop first-hand understanding of customer needs and application details.
  • Develop and maintain a Henkel Product specialty and serve as a technical expert in this specialty when working with staff individually and/or on team efforts.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree Required. Master's degree Preferred. Focus in Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other technical degree with a G.P.A. of 3.3 or higher preferred.
  • Around 6 years of demonstrated related experience in manufacturing, equipment or predictive analytics.
  • Experience in Maintenance Reliability and/or utilization of sensor technologies preferred.
  • Interest in industrial and innovative applications and the willingness to engage with new topics and contribute your own ideas that inspire your customers.
  • High self-motivation and good organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic presenter in face to face, webinar and other evolving digital formats.
  • Demonstrated project management and information technology skills.
  • Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach.
The salary for this role is $105,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
