The annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,900.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively manage the day-to-day operations of multiple, simultaneous clinical studies across multiple countries
- Lead the development of the protocol and other study documents, e.g. consent templates, study reference manual, monitoring plan, data management plan
- Participate in assessment and selection of clinical research organizations (CROs), sites and other vendors
- Maintain performance and quality metrics for clinical study conduct, including patient recruitment timelines
- Review clinical documents and clinical sections of regulatory documents for accuracy, consistency and quality
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience
- A degree in a science/health-related field
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical research and/or clinical project management experience
- Experience in the operational aspects of managing clinical studies from start-up to closeout
- Excellent working knowledge of Human Subjects ICH GCP guidelines, FDA, CFR, EMA, and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resources to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and participate in early and after-hours events and calls
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Travel may be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but you will need to be capable of travel within the region and to other regions.
- Our business is a 7x24x365 endeavor.This role may on occasion require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.
