YOUR ROLE
- Provide technical support to sales projects for Henkel's product range of Thermal Interface Materials for e-mobility and automotive electronics applications
- Ensuring the right product selection and assisting the customer through prototyping phase and start of production
- Work closely with our Product Development teams, giving technical inputs (application and process) to the requirement list, evaluating the performance of development products (in the lab and at equipment manufacturers), assisting product launches and technology rollouts
- Participate in internal and external focus teams to keep up with the technology evolution and latest developments relevant to your area of expertise, as well as giving technical inputs to market strategy activities
- Support customer complaint processes with high technical expertise, participating in fault tree analysis processes and troubleshooting line problems directly at the customer
- Providing technical trainings and supporting Tech Days internally and externally
YOUR SKILLS
- University level education, preferred higher degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Materials, Chemical or Automotive Engineering
- Preferably 3 years of working experience, preferably in the automotive Industry, ideally in eMobility and/or in customer facing technical roles
- Knowledge in either adhesives or thermal interface products and/or application and dispensing processes is a must
- Good communication and team working skills; able to work in an international environment
- Hands-on mentality
- Project management skills to ensure cross functional team cooperation
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel (40% throughout Europe and occasionally globally)
