YOUR ROLE
  • Defining technical solutions and technologies as well as supporting on development for all rigid packaging technologies: IM, ISBM, EBM, compression molding, extrusion, assembling for dedicated packaging projects
  • Exploit and integrate newest molding technologies and equipment/machines
  • Act as consultant for the implementation of state-of-the-art molding technology globally
  • Standardize molding technologies and equipment to secure "state-of-the-art" in the Henkel Consumer Brands production
  • Support on transferring new designed packs into automated production processes
  • Secure and transfer Henkel know-how in molding technology worlwide

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience in packaging
  • Extensive experience in molding methods required, including injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding and injection stretch blow molding
  • Firm knowledge in CAD, Simulation/Modeling and FEM software
  • Proficiency in engineering projects and resource management, timelines and capital budgets
  • Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
