YOUR ROLE
- Manage timing and deliverables over multiple programs within Adhesive Technologies
- Deliver executive level progress reports on program health and timing from program bid through final launch - accomplish project scope according to Internal and external (OEM) milestones (PDP)
- Be responsible for QTC, APQP & PPAP deliverable tracking
- Coordinate & prioritize team members activities
- Align team resources in alignment to acquisition list
- Build and maintain program management tools
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Program Management or related technical field
- Preferably 7-8 years of total experience with proven track record leading teams (>5 people)
- Strong project management skills and ideally experience in OEM acquisition & customer PDP
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and with international dotted line relationships
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset
- Fluent English language skills
