This ensures results are clinically valid. They are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist that will perform daily testing of semen samples and support lab operations in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Duties / Expectations of Role

• Manage the daily quality control, ensuring appropriate QC has been performed and meets established criteria, troubleshoot, and resolve instances of errors.
• Work closely with the VP of Lab Operations to ensure that the lab meets all performance expectations.
• Work with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to implement guidelines and processes for the technical work implemented to ensure regulatory compliance of Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Help develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for the architectural, scientific, or technical work performed to ensure regulatory compliance or operations enhancement.
• Run clinical assays, as needed, to provide men with information about their fertility and overall health.
• Contribute to the design and execution of studies focused on improving lab efficiency and clinical accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements

• CA Licensed CLS Generalist/Hematologist or looking to/in the process of getting a license
