Description:
Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually.MacNeal Hospital is located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago!

MacNeal Hospital's Transitional Care Unit is composed of 25 bed sub-acute rehab unit. Our patient population includes patients ages 18 an older, majority aged 60+ with variety of conditions include, but not limited to, stroke, mild brain injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic conditions, medical-surgical conditions, pulmonary conditions and cardiac conditions. The average length of stay for our patients is 2-3 weeks, offering the opportunity to connect and build relationships with patients on their road to recovery.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:
  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
  • BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
  • Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
