Job Description

As a Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of an electronic laboratory management system to enable the pharmaceutical development of generic drug products of the future.
Timing: May 2023 (preferred starting date)
Duration: 6 months

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support in material management and inventory of the laboratory
• Support in implementation of electronic laboratory management system
• Creation and approval of Chemical references and products in the database
• Management of different types of materials (batch management, fraction management, location/container management, stock management)
• Print material labels
• Contribution to operational excellence in pharmaceutical development laboratory

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
• Education: Student of natural science including pharmacy, chemistry, biology or related technical field
• Basic knowledge in chemistry
• Good knowledge of software and computer tools (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)
Desirable requirements:
• Strength in organizational skills, agile work style with hands-on attitude

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is ₠33,800 (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
