YOUR ROLE

• Running, maintaining and improving the operations of Henkel's IT assets
• Keeping the IT environment stable, secure and up-to-date
• Developing systems software for automation, scaling, and secure operations
• Running operations in a continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) method
• Responsible of executing the change management as well as incident handling process

YOUR SKILLS

• At least 4 years of experience in related field /support for OT very welcome!
• Technical knowledge to identify and resolve problems with software, hardware and networks
• Knowledge of Win10&11 operating systems
• Knowledge of network management LAN, WLAN (Cisco, Aruba)
• Knowledge of Windows Server and VMware environment
• Knowledge of SQL databases • English in speaking and writing - min. B2
• Driving licence B
