The Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Penn State University College of Medicine and Penn State Health is seeking an additional full-time Pediatric Otolaryngologist.

The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Penn State Children's Hospital is rapidly growing and seeking new candidates interested in complex pediatric head and neck care. There are currently two pediatric otolaryngologists and an experienced airway physician assistant devoted to the care of our pediatric otolaryngology patients. We are poised to develop an open airway practice within our already established multidisciplinary airway programs. Additionally, we have a need for additional surgeons interested in the surgical management of pediatric hearing loss and chronic ear disease. With a very large referral base and catchment area and supportive leadership, it is easy to develop the subspecialty niche of your choice here in central Pennsylvania.

The successful applicant will join a growing team of collaborative, clinical providers with the resources of one of the leading academic medical centers in the nation. Appointment will be at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level.

Position Requirements


  • M.D., M.D/Ph.D., D.O., or equivalent degree

  • Completion of an approved OTO-HNS residency program

  • BC/BE Otolaryngology and be fellowship trained to provide clinical and hospital-based Pediatric Otolaryngological care for our patients.
