The Department of Urology seeks a Postdoctoral scientist to work under the direction of Dr. Thomas Griffith to examine the impact of sepsis on the immune system.

Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Participation in the design implementations and evaluation of research studies.
  • Collect and analyze data using a variety of observational and analytical techniques.
  • Collaborate on reports and publication of findings.
  • Development of research ideas, projects, and study protocols.
  • Submit applications of new research projects.
  • Preparation and presentation of abstracts.
  • Manuscript writing and submission to scientific journals.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications: PhD or MD with immunology and/or pathology research experience including work with animals, flow cytometry, and immunological/microbiological assays.
