Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Main POC for assigned Projects including Vendor Management, Financials and any other as appropriate
• Full project lifecycle ownership, successful project delivery will include full implementation of project plan from initiation to completion
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects within assigned portfolio to ensure overall delivery of tactics
• Establish practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Working in collaboration with the different internal and external Stakeholders to drive the activities
• Communicates clearly and frequently, Provides proactive recommendations with regards to Project management and Operations aspects
• Ensures timely, accurate all documentation and correspondence. Responsible for keeping Team Lead -Delivery & Ops briefed on all Pro-jects and activities assigned
• Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of advice for as-signed projects Actively recommends PLS capabilities for innovative medical communication solutions

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience of working with Medical Communications for either an agency or from within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in healthcare communications environment preferable
• Extensive track record in Operations & Project Management
• High level of experience in digital solutions and innovation
• Significant openness to piloting new ideas
• Experience in cross cultural work environment.
