Creighton University School of Dentistry is seeking a motivated individual to support and develop Pediatric didactic and clinical curriculum to provide dental students with a broad spectrum of experiences in the treatment of pediatric patients. The tenure-track Assistant Professor will work with a team of dedicated faculty and leaders who are building on a rich legacy of excellence in dental education and expanding our capacity as a national resource for the dental profession. Position responsibilities including teaching within the pre-clinical and clinical settings, lectures within the pediatric didactic curriculum and opportunities for curricular redesign and development, management within the department, and administrative development.

Primary appointment will be in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Candidates must have a DDS/DMD or, equivalency, with successful completion of an ADA accredited pediatric specialty program and meet credentialing requirements including licensure in a category for which they are eligible as outlined in the Nebraska Practice Act. Candidates with documented experiential qualifications in pediatric dentistry may also be considered and must meet credentialing requirements as described. This is a tenure-track position with academic appointment in the Teaching Research track of the University. Candidates must also possess strong organizational and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment. This position will be available August 1, 2019.

Qualifications:
