YOUR ROLE
  • Support global master data process owner to develop best in class global business processes to accomplish long-term business goals
  • Manage the setup of master data processes, governance and systems to match new business needs in collaboration with business stakeholders and other process experts
  • Join our global master data team to drive continuous improvement of processes, IT systems and organizational models
  • Identify automation potentials to increase efficiencies in processes and to realize savings
  • Become the global key contact for your process, and support projects & teams with your expertise and knowledge

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master / Bachelor's degree in business administration, ideally focus on international or project management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in data or process analysis
  • Profound project management skills and strategic thinking
  • Basic process management knowledge
  • Embrace change an drive execution of change projects (processes and IT projects)
  • Communication and negotiation skills in intercultural business context
  • Fluent in English
