Job Description

GDO Clinical Analytics is a diverse team of data scientists and business leads providing analytics and insights solutions to enable faster and more efficient drug development. We are the bridge that turns great science into great medicines. Our focus on advanced technology and data analytics allows us to make informed decisions, potentially resulting in new, life-changing therapies for patients around the world. We are embedded in all GDO projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate insights from data exploration and visualization, which in turn helps the respective teams plan clinical development programs, execute them efficiently and make sound decisions and predictions based on data.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leads Data Mgmt activities for high priority/complex programs/projects
• Manages and coordinates assignment of resources & workload in the assigned group,
co-ordinate activites of data managers either internally or externally. Make decisions and
¼ propose strategies at project level.
• May act as local manager of global associates including providing supervision and advise
to these data managers on functional expertise and processes
• Accountable for all aspects of the Process and Training department to ensure full
compliance to all applicable global regulatory requirements is maintained and business
objectives are achieved.
• Drive functional excellence by contributing to the definition of the strategic goals and
operating policies, and leading/contributing to strategic initiatives in line with the
overall strategy.
• May define SLA and negotiate with partners to establish optimal Statements of Work.
• Lead the development, collection, coordination and implementation of metrics for for both
internal associates and external (CRO, FSP) resources and activities.
• Represents and drives Quality and Compliance
organization

Minimum Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Analytics
• Experience with visualization software / tools to create Dynamic Dashboards using Tableau/Qlik Sense/ Power BI/ R Shiny(3+ Years)
• Proficiency with relational databases, SQL and using ETL tools like Alteryx, Informatica etc.
• Lead and deliver strategic, tactical and actionable insights and analytics for GDO.

Management of resources, trial delivery, quality processes, customer satisfaction,
issue resolution, work flow process, people management and partnership with support
functions.
• Responsible for defining the strategic objectives, roadmap and requirements of
advanced analytical capabilities that will accelerate# insight generation and enhance decision-making across the organization.
