Job Purpose:

• Accountable for supporting and creating PHAD global DP/PP MARS number activities as a SPOC.
• Coordination with TRD MDM/NOCC Master data team for DP/PP MARS creation and master data related activities.
• Coordination with PHAD global FPL/DPPL (Project team) for timely MARS request.
• Close collaboration within PHAD global supply team.
• Project management related work for supply and SAP.
• Willing to take any additional task and role within supply team, whenever needed.
• Coordination with PHAD Global Project Team/EPM/DP supply/SPP and SAP business lead for implement process (SAP/supply activities) improvement to serve business needs.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• SPOC for PHAD global SAP master related activities.
• Create MARS request for DP/PP materials code in MDM SharePoint
• Manage/ Archive customers or project team request for audit trail.
• Timely work on request and support to Project team with active MARS number.
• Closely monitoring of MARS data status in SAP.
• Timely response to MDM query in MARS ticket/SP for MARS extension.
• Check BoM status in SAP before PIR request.
• Coordinate with Project team to have BoM request on time in I-supply SharePoint.
• In case BoM or any related data are missing coordinate with respective SPoC or Project team.
• Create PIR form for external batches DP/PP for L2 extension.
• Coordination with TRD/NOCC MDM and SAP super user.
• Project management work, like IQP, process simplification etc.
• Supports internal/external inspections and audits.
• Close collaboration with TRD MDM BPM for any process changes or SOP updates.
• Timely communication to the requester/project team for any changes in MARS or MDM process.
• Actively contributes to SOP creation, revision, and update.
• Periodically SAP master data review and deactivation of unwanted MARS/Data.

Minimum Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Degree in science/commerce, engineering, business administration or equivalent. With 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business support role with related areas of business (e.g. Supply Chain, SAP master data, pharmaceutical development or manufacturing organization) desirable and > 2 years of experience in technical domain of expertise (i.e. SAP application know-how).

• Advanced degree including IT system expertise like SAP recommended. SAP Key user experience, ideally MM module (Material Management), PP (Production Planning) or WM (Warehousing)
• Proven track record in project management/implementation management, good organization, and planning skills
