YOUR ROLE

• Define how to safeguard business needs with 'service model' e.g. support times, ticket resolution, continuous improvement
• Address common IT standards covering topics for compliance and other obligations towards operations e.g. access concept, operational tasks
• Manage providers and execution of operations e.g. order execution, SLA performance, daily operations
• Address esscalation towards strategic and tactical provider management based on insufficient target fulfilment / performance of providers
• Support commercial management of an service, application and product
• Facilitate DevOps approach by focusing on automation, continues integration, continues deployment and quality assurance

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in Computer Science or similar (Bachelor)
• At least 10 years of work experience in IT (ideally in IT service management or IT infrastructure operations), thereof at least 5 years working in a role closely collaborating with or steering of IT service providers
• Advanced knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure (digital workplace, end-user computing, cloud services) and IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
• Very good English language skills
