Position Summary This NIH funding-supported position will conduct research projects under the supervision of PI, in cancer biology and therapy. The research areas of the research group include the DNA damage response, DNA repair, cell proliferation and signaling, and head and neck cancer progression and treatment responses. The postdoctoral researcher will perform a variety of laboratory experiments, using molecular, biochemical, and cellular techniques, organize research data, and prepare for manuscript publication.

Responsibilities and functions of this position include but not limited to:

1. Carry out research projects under supervision of PI.2. Implement molecular, cellular, and biochemical experiments independently (with occasional supervision).3. Participate in data collection, manuscript preparation, and laboratory maintenance. Required Qualifications Ph.D. (Doctorate), with training and education background in Biomedical Research. Supplemental Qualifications Preferred experience, but not required:
Previous publications in peer-reviewed journals that demonstrate extensive experience in basic biomedical research; experiences in cancer biology, cell signaling, toxicity studies, drug discovery, and animal models. Working Environment & Physical Requirements WORKING ENVIRONMENT
