A successful applicant can present a publication record of scholarly design, demonstrate involvement in professional organization and community service projects and show strong qualities of professionalism and collegiality. Candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching liberal arts undergraduates at all levels. The College is interested in candidates who can contribute to the growing diversity and excellence of the academic community, particularly through their inclusive teaching.
