General Description:
This position is designed to provide clinical and lab administrative support and assistance to the Nursing Program Director and will be utilized to assist with or accomplish specific tasks, activities, and responsibilities.
This appointment is contingent upon availability of grant funding which will continue for 5 years. Once the funds from the grant that provide funding for this appointment are no longer available, this appointment may be terminated without cause upon written notice to the employee.

Minimum Education/Experience:
Master of Science Degree in Nursing (applicants must attach a copy of transcript conferring Master of Science Degree in Nursing)
Current practice with a minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent practice as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting and 3-5 years teaching experience in a nursing program.
Hold an active, unencumbered, license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma or be eligible for an Oklahoma license.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Positive human relations and communications skills.
Intermediate computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or similar software.
Flexible teaching style to accommodate individual learning styles.
Committed to helping students achieve their goals to be successful and attain a college education.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn computer programs used in the department and on campus (such as learning management systems and clinical management platforms).

Work Hours:
