Job Description

Our services and customized solutions improve the reach of clinical data about relevant therapeutic advancements and supports in right treatment decisions. We support scientific writing, medical communications plan development, innovative ways of evidence dissemination, supporting our colleagues in medical affairs organization.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develops and maintains good client relationships within assigned brand. Manages client expectations to foster effectiveness/productivity. Attends client meetings/ teleconferences, provides meeting reports and conducts follow up activities. Support the CSL and Sr. CSM with the development of a scope of work.
• Responsible for project management support including budget tracking to the Sr CSM, so as to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated deliverable.
• Provides support across the delivery lifecycle with agreed specific project. Tracks and manages project to ensure activities are in line with scope; promptly advises Sr. CSM to revise scopes as needed.
• Supporting required approval processes for external expert contracts. Support for all Event Governance processes including event approval processes.
• Supporting and managing as required external spend tracking (e.g. approvals, purchase orders, goods received) for assigned deliverables.
• Keeps accurate time spent on assigned projects via timesheets. Assists CSL, Sr CSM with monthly forecast updates.
• Supports adherence to associated compliance related activities and approvals (with internal client taking accountability for compliance).
• Updates as required within approval / compliance tools (e.g. Zinc, EMap, PROGRES etc.). Supports to the medical communication tactical planning process. In-depth knowledge of all NVS WPs and SOPs relating to medical communications.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum: University degree level/Graduate degree, preferably in science. Additional relevant postgraduate degree desirable.
• 2 years of experience required; Experience in project management
• Good English skills. Exemplary interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work with demanding professionals; Strong attention to detail
• Team player, Flexible with difficult timelines
