YOUR ROLE
  • Lead and write specification and design of dosing and curing systems, creation of commercial offer, preparation and presenting of customer proposals
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, AE europe, and sales team related to dispensing equipment
  • Support assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of dosing and curing systems
  • Contact by telephone, email, call, direct and indirect to customers and sales representatives
  • Creation and update of technical information and documents
  • Train AE team, sales Team and customers about dispensing Equipment
  • Provide Assistance in repair Service for dispensing equipment (Guarantee and Repair)

YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed Master's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in strategy, technology or account management areas
  • Initiative and ownership of projects to deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Analytical skills and ability to write technical reports and reviews
  • Knowledge of ADP, ALBERT and digital tools
  • Experience in risk assessment and training preparation
  • Fluent English and other language skills
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
