  • Be the interface between Commercial and IT and enable cross-functional teams to drive SaaS programs and manage high-quality software
  • Work on, plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
  • Set the dx wide SaaS strategy and define the governance structures and standards based on the overall dx strategy
  • Oversee and consult for SaaS opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions
  • Review, optimize conditions and monitor and forecast SaaS needs
  • Serve as single point of contact for internal customers and external service providers
  • Support, consult and advise on the correct and efficient use of SaaS in terms of subscriptions
  • Work closely with responsible departments to manage all necessary internal processes for SaaS matters

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in IT service management and business administration
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS and ITIL
  • Deep knowledge of contract management and software asset management
  • Ability and ambition to cope with complex and fast changing environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in intercultural business context
  • Fluent English skills
