YOUR ROLE
- Manage and ensure qualitative, hygiene and security parameters of all departments ((ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000)
- Approach to lean manufacturing
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborate with colleagues and facilitate communication among teams
- Support the production supervisor in planning daily activities in the departments
- Deliver analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Ensure operations processes and solutions
YOUR SKILLS
- Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Min 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
- People management skills
- Great interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with different colleagues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Availability to work on shifts
