YOUR ROLE
  • Support Henkel's global Strategy & Roadmap for Digitalization
  • Identify opportunities and autonomously monitor and report risks to develop suitable countermeasures
  • Support the governance of dx Committees - coordinate, prepare and facilitate internal and external meetings and events. Ensure preparation, execution, follow-ups proactively (e.g. protocols and task management) and execute ad-hoc requests
  • Prepare senior stakeholder communication and briefings, decision papers
  • Exchange directly and daily with senior stakeholder in dx and their teams well as other Henkel Stakeholders
  • Drive selected digital projects with conceptual and executive responsibility (end-to-end)

YOUR SKILLS
  • Excellent master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, International Management or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in a technology/ IT strategy related role combined with dedicated and detailed tech expertise/knowledge
  • Outstanding track record of academic and managerial or professional achievements
  • Versatile skill-set with a combination of strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology or digital & IT-related topics
  • Well-structured working style and project/process management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with partners cross-functionally
  • Team-player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • High level of motivation, determination to achieve and hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
