YOUR ROLE
- Leads the resolution of customer complaint management process to ensure plant KPI achievement.
- Support problem solving efforts using problem solving tools and methodologies.
- Leads projects related to continuous improvement and other initiatives which requires cross functional team.
- Improve culture of quality and safety as outlined in Henkel policies.
- Perform data analysis efforts as needed to solve problems using data driven approach to drive improvement projects.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in engineering in manufacturing setting.
- Quality background preferred with knowledge of ISO/QS standards.
- Computer proficiency required.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve customers quality complaints while working cross functionally with operations.
