YOUR ROLE

• Leads the resolution of customer complaint management process to ensure plant KPI achievement.
• Support problem solving efforts using problem solving tools and methodologies.
• Leads projects related to continuous improvement and other initiatives which requires cross functional team.
• Improve culture of quality and safety as outlined in Henkel policies.
• Perform data analysis efforts as needed to solve problems using data driven approach to drive improvement projects.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in engineering in manufacturing setting.
• Quality background preferred with knowledge of ISO/QS standards.
• Computer proficiency required.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve customers quality complaints while working cross functionally with operations.

The salary for this role is $73,300.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
