YOUR ROLE

• You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative digital ventures within Adhesive Technologies
• You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of platform-based, digital ventures, stretching across industries and on a global level
• Strategic Alignment: Seamlessly synchronize venture goals, portfolio objectives, and overall New Business strategy to maximize our impact
• Portfolio Management: Make informed decisions to steer the venture portfolio towards success. Regularly review venture progress, identify improvement opportunities, and foster synergies between ventures
• New Initiatives: Contribute to the initiation of new ventures, expanding the portfolio's reach and potential for innovation
• Partnerships: Spearhead scouting activities to identify and activate external partners that will contribute to the portfolio's objectives and amplify our impact
• Sparring and Stakeholder Management: Step into the role of a trusted sparring partner for venture leads and stakeholders. Skillfully manage relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders at the portfolio level
• Change Agent Role: Drive organizational change and inspire a culture that champions digital intrapreneurship, knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation & Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in venture building, corporate strategy, management consulting, VC, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex and agile projects and programs
• Strong knowledge of venture building and data-driven business models
• Strategic thinking, independent work approach, and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English language skills; German language proficiency is a plus
