YOUR ROLE

• Lead Application engineer for aerospace surface treatment in APAC, including OEMs and MRO.
• Be regional technical expert of aerospace surface treatment and networking with global expert team.
• Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, qualification, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.
• Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the digital tool.
• Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues.
• Run the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from internal/customers, and report technical results.

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent English Skill
• Open mindset and good communication skill
• Experience on surface treatment application and technology
• Master's degree of chemistry or engineering
