The salary for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

YOUR ROLE
- Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical and mechanical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)
- Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations
- Lead internal and external technical requests and projects
- Troubleshoot data acquisition and equipment issues
- Optimize analytical and mechanical test methods
- Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
- Support customer complaints and non-conforming material investigations
YOUR SKILLS
- High School Diploma/GED and relevant experience
- Digital tools (Microsoft office, Minitab)
- Ability to follow written instructions/standards
- Understanding of thermal testing methods - TGA, DSC, DMA, TMA
- Lab hygiene and safety
- LC Experience (HPLC/GPC)
- Rheometric experience
- Potentiometric titration experience
- Experience with mechanical testing frames and tests
