• Supporting the Adhesive Electronics Taiwan Business growth with ACE project including NPS/NBD projects
• Growing and Maintaining Adhesive Electronics Taiwan existing business by technical service support
• Lab Testing with existing test method and developing new one
• Smart work environment with Self-control ability
• Experience to work with different country employees.
• Business travel within/outside TW

YOUR SKILLS

• 10 yrs IC package experience and be familiar with die bond process.
• Communicating ability with English
• Independent thinking
