YOUR ROLE
- Drive Quality strategy, target in area of responsibility by using appropriate reporting tools
- Lead a diverse team of quality experts
- Collect all customer requirements in the global database with customer approval
- Ensure manufacturing or production processes are meeting international and national standards
- Lead customer complaint reporting and monitors supplier quality complaints and issues actively
- Work closely with quality management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets
- Steer best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Steer and organize quality training
YOUR SKILLS
- Successfully completed master's degree in engineering, quality management or related field
- Ideally 5 years practical experience in quality management
- You already gained experience in leading a diverse team
- Experience in incident investigation and root-cause-analysis
- Your already worked with quality management systems, quality international standard FMEA
- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP continuous improvement Six Sigma, DMAIC)
- Great communication, organization, and analytical skills with proficiency in working well both independently and as part of a wider cross functional team
- Strong work ethic with creative problem-solving skills, positive attitude and ability to drive work forward
- Reliability, Flexibility, Initiative and Team spirit are important factors
- Fluent German and English skills
- Good IT-skills (MS 365, MS Teams, etc.)
