  • Good knowledge of thermal technology and adhesive on electric product related application.
  • Technical solution provides to customer, product introduction, recommendation and application guide.
  • ADP project support on CTQ collection, internal testing and customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc.
  • Trouble shooting, support customer complaint.
  • Technical seminar, introduce Henkel new technology to customer.
  • Power and IA customer technical support and provide product solution.
  • Application support on ADP project.
  • Customer complain.
  • Technical related activities like Expo, seminar, Customer T-day.
  • Principal Accountabilities
  • Customer project support 70%
  • Customer complaint/trouble shooting support 15%
  • New technology technical seminar 15%

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree
  • Chemistry/Materials/Automatic etc. Major
  • 3-5 years Working Year
  • Electronics, Adhesive Thermal material Industry
  • Fluent English
