YOUR ROLE

• Develop innovative processing for hair products ( hair color, Hair styling, Hair care)
• Research and identify suitable technologies and equipment from suppliers
• Organization and evaluation of scale up trials
• Planning of complex pilot plant trials, installation of equipment and preparation of manufacturing instructions
• Initiate and support internal and external production trials

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in product technology, chemical engineering, or comparable education
• Ideally 5 or more years of relevant work experience in the processing technology
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment and to work with multi-cultural teams
• Strong communication, moderation and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and self-reliant working methods
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness of carrying out business trips in Germany and abroad
