YOUR ROLE
- Develop innovative processing for hair products ( hair color, Hair styling, Hair care)
- Research and identify suitable technologies and equipment from suppliers
- Organization and evaluation of scale up trials
- Planning of complex pilot plant trials, installation of equipment and preparation of manufacturing instructions
- Initiate and support internal and external production trials
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in product technology, chemical engineering, or comparable education
- Ideally 5 or more years of relevant work experience in the processing technology
- Ability to work in a dynamic project environment and to work with multi-cultural teams
- Strong communication, moderation and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and self-reliant working methods
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness of carrying out business trips in Germany and abroad
