The School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Vermont State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position. This is a one-semester terminal position for the Fall 2023 semester.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include teaching courses and clinical for pre-licensure nursing students in PN and/or RN/ADN program in a progressive 1 + 1 nursing program.Some courses are offered through a distance education delivery modality. Some regional travel may be required. The candidate will be expected to serve the college community by participating in committees and student advising.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree in Nursing and have previous clinical experience in nursing.Teaching experience in secondary school or college is a plus.An active unencumbered Vermont RN licensure or eligibility for an unencumbered Vermont license required. A valid driver's license is required.
Salary:
Based on qualifications and experience as defined by VSC-VSCFF Bargaining Unit Agreement.
