The School of Social Sciences, Communication, and Humanities at Endicott College is seeking an adjunct faculty member who can teach the following course for the Fall 2023 semester:

SOC 100 Intro to Sociology (Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30-4:45 pm)

The adjunct faculty members will be required to:

  • Teach in person on campus in Beverly, MA.
  • Be aware of and abide by Endicott's academic policies
  • Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course
  • Use Canvas as the course's learning management system
  • Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades
  • Communicate with the Associate Dean if and when issues arise
  • Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter
  • Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes
  • Use their Endicott email address when communicating with students.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Master's degree is required. Ph.D. preferred. College-level teaching experience is strongly preferred.

We seek candidates to teach World Politics in person (T/Th 12:30-1:45) during the Fall 2023 semester, which begins August 30.
