External candidates with at least 1 year of RN experience are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part time roles). A relocation package of $9,200 (pro-rated for part-time roles) is also available for relocating applicants.

The Registered Nurse administers nursing care within the scope of hospital policy and established standards of care and in accordance with the needs and/or wants of each patient. He/she develops and initiates the nursing care plan utilizing the nursing process.
The Registered Nurse collaborates/cooperates with nursing staff and other hospital/health care disciplines for promotion of health to obtain the optimal level of wellness for patients, family, and community.
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
