Job Description:

The holder of the assistant professor of practice position will show the potential for exceptional research, excellence in teaching, and active creative practice. Supervision of students engaged in Independent Creative Practice or Fieldwork/Internship or on historical site visits, artist studio visits, and galleries/museums visits.

Job Responsibilities

Teaching (50%): Teaching assignments that include studios, lecture courses and/or seminars. Interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to contribute to multiple levels of the Architecture and/or Art curriculum.

Research (50%): Research in the area of historic preservation and documentation of architectural and cultural heritage sites and materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters in Fine Arts, Architecture or Related Field
