YOUR ROLE
  • Improve existing manufacturing processes within Adhesive Technologies to deliver on KPI's like efficiency improvement, sustainability or safety
  • Drive investment projects
  • Share the knowledge between sites with same/similar technology within Europe
  • Participate in global process technology networks
  • Design and evaluate process optimizations for investments projects
  • Take responsibility for technology conclusions within major investment to support the local team in scoping size, type and automation within technology

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience including project management
  • Project management certification would be beneficial (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
  • Firm knowledge of project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project (MSP)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 90%)
