YOUR ROLE
- Improve existing manufacturing processes within Adhesive Technologies to deliver on KPI's like efficiency improvement, sustainability or safety
- Drive investment projects
- Share the knowledge between sites with same/similar technology within Europe
- Participate in global process technology networks
- Design and evaluate process optimizations for investments projects
- Take responsibility for technology conclusions within major investment to support the local team in scoping size, type and automation within technology
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience including project management
- Project management certification would be beneficial (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
- Firm knowledge of project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 90%)
