YOUR ROLE

• Teil des Henkel-Teams in der Abteilung Adhesives Automotive Components Product Development am Hauptsitz in Düsseldorf mit Fokus auf den Megatrend und Wachstumsbereich E-Mobilität
• Entwicklung neuer Klebstoffe mit Wärmeleiteigenschaften auf Basis von Polyurethanen oder anderer Polymerchemie
• Planung und Erstellung von Testreihen und Laborformulierungen
• Durchführung von Charakterisierungs- und Spezifikationstests, Implementierung von neuen Testmethoden und Dokumentation von Testergebnissen
• Begleitung von Scale-Up Prozessen und Überführung von Laborrezepturen in die Serienproduktion
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen zu Entwicklungsprojekten für Management, Kunden und Fachpublikum

YOUR SKILLS

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant mit Chemo-Techniker (d/m/w) oder abgeschlossenes Chemiestudium • Berufserfahrung in der Lösungsmittel-freien Polymerchemie, vorzugsweise in der Polyurethan-, Silikon-, silanmodifizierten Polymer-, oder Epoxidchemie ist von Vorteil • Arbeitserfahrung mit thermischen Grenzflächenmaterialien und/oder der Chemie von Klebeprodukten oder verwandten Gebieten ist von Vorteil • Projekt- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten sind wünschenswert • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teamumfeld, ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
