You will be at the forefront of building a new battery testing lab for our SF Bay Area location. As Technical Leader will be responsible for:
Design, perform and train analysts electrochemical testing including the most complex tests, ensuring schedule and performance requirements are met and that the technical quality meets standards.
Design, perform and train analysts on battery teardown.
Design, perform and train analysts materials characterization, working with fellow scientists.
Interpret electrochemical testing and materials characterization results and explain to colleagues and clients.
Manage projects and interact with clients to help solve problems using internal resources.
