Nurse Practitioner (Joint Appointment Academic - Clinical Practice)

The College is pleased to announce the academic-clinical practice partnership with a local nurse practitioner managed primary care practice. Qualified candidates will enjoy a joint appointment with the School of Nursing and the clinic serving patients across the lifespan. The Nurse Practitioner will see patient in the office as well as provide instruction and supervision to nurse practitioner students. With appointment as faculty, the nurse practitioner will also provide some online teaching in their specialty/population foci (adult, geriatrics, pediatrics, women's health).

Licensure as an advanced registered nurse practitioner in the state of Florida and certification as a family, adult/geri, pediatric, and/or women's health nurse practitioner required. A minimum of four years recent experience in direct patient care as an advanced practice nurse in the primary care, emergency, urgent care, or acute care setting are encouraged to apply.
