  • Manage selected projects for the business unit AMO using ADP processes and software tools for project management and documentation
  • Lead & manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholders and ensure quality execution of project deliverables to gates meeting ISO /IATF requirements
  • Be responsible for cross regional / global innovation programs
  • Take care for the successful execution of all projects related to this New Product Introduction (NPI) program incl. value analysis
  • Regularly update on project & program progress, management of risks & definition of countermeasures, take the lead in case of problems and conflicts
  • Establish and execute global communication with stakeholders, customers and team members concerning key projects
  • Represent in external & internal IATF 16949 audits and customer / plant audits

  • University degree in management, engineering, science, chemistry or similar
  • Ideally 7 years of relevant work experiece in innovation, program and project management
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, or R&D
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office Suite and of project management software (preferably Planview/ADP)
  • Ability to lead teams and high communicational skills to ensure a smooth interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Fluent English language skills
