  • Drive Sales Strategy: Implement local sales plans (short, mid, and long term) aligned with the company strategy to grow existing accounts and secure new customers.
  • Technical & Commercial Expertise: Deliver exceptional technical and commercial support to our distributors and customers, ensuring our products perfectly meet their needs.
  • Process Management: Manage end-to-end processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Field Autonomy: Operate independently in the field, conducting line trials and swiftly addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Provide the Manager with valuable insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities within your territory.
  • Maximize Growth Opportunities: Utilize the CRM tool (ACE) to execute customer roadmaps and close growth opportunities.

  • Experience working with chemicals, adhesives, polymers, or other related materials industries- mandatory.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Passionate about tackling technical issues and resolving customer challenges.
  • Field experience with customers - significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with customers and distributors - advantage.
  • High-level proficiency in English.
  • Valid driving license.
