YOUR ROLE

• Recommend solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers.
• Support new ADP project, collect CTQ and support to screen new formula, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc.
• Participant in lab work for customer complaint/ new test method design/ new formula screening and prepare report.
• Responsible for products application / technical training /seminar at customer side.
• Work and communicate effectively with different functional team with good project management skill.

YOUR SKILLS

• Good experience on electronic device application or encapsulant assembly technology, above 3 years' experience about electrical industry.
• Familiar with liquid adhesive technology like PUR, MMA, PU, UV/UV+M, epoxy chemistry and products.
• Good presentation skill.
• Logical thinking in trouble shooting/new method design.
• Good communication with different internal functional team as well as customer.
• Good project management skill.
• Good written English and workable spoken English.
